Skyping is a great way to save on travel costs and to keep in regular touch with your dietitian from the comfort of your home or office. All you need is a computer and a webcam or a laptop with the webcam built in. Its easy!

Unfortunately you will not be able to claim any rebate from Medicare or your health fund but the savings that you make in travel and time away from home or the office might more than make up for this.
